Service Technician – CNC & Laser Equipment

About the Role

Lead technical consultations with customers, conduct machine demonstrations, and provide application engineering support for fiber laser cutting and metal processing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live product demonstrations at our 6,500+ sq ft demo center
• Provide technical consultation to customers on machine selection and configuration
• Develop cutting parameters and process optimization for various materials
• Create application samples and cutting trials for prospective customers
• Support installation, commissioning, and training at customer sites
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide after-sales support

Requirements

Requirements

1. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Strong understanding of CNC systems and metal cutting processes
3. Experience with fiber laser, plasma, or waterjet cutting technology
4. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
5. Willingness to travel across Gujarat and India
6. CAD/CAM software proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks preferred)
